Black Mayonnaise (bonus track)

about

Multi-channel playback/performance recorded live at the record release show for the "Pulaski Wave/Newtown Creek" 7" (Pilgrim Talk 10) at Silent Barn in Queens, NY. on April 27, 2011. I used three copies of the 7" and three turntable/amp set-ups placed around the room in a triangular configuration around the audience. I forced the records into crude "locked grooves" by placing plastic discs of various sizes on top of them. Over the course of 20 odd minutes, I moved between the turntables, creating different combinations of loops, changing the rpm (33, 45, 16), dynamics, etc.
